• A one night deposit is due at the time of booking.
• We welcome well-behaved dogs – See Pet Policy below
• Guests must be 21 to register at hotel
• Jet skis are not permitted on property.

• If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please note our standard cancellation policy requires a minimum of 3 days’ notice (and by 4 pm) to receive a refund of your deposit for most dates, with exceptions for peak time periods detailed below.
• Also, note that a change of stay dates will be subject to the same cancellation policies if outside the cancellation window.

Lime Tree Bay Resort welcomes well-behaved dogs. Guests bringing dogs will be charged a $50 USD non-refundable fee per night. There is a maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply. Guests will be responsible for any disturbances or property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Dogs are not allowed at the swimming pools and specified beach areas. Certified service dogs that assist individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above.
